This article describes the process for replacing the PCB in a Marco font. It applies to any MIX font, FRIIA font, or POUR'd font, as well as the Starbucks Hot/Ambient system.

Disconnect the font from the base unit.
Remove all tube fittings and unplug the DIN connector.
Tip: you may find it easier to remove the font from the counter top at this stage for easier access.
Open the service panel.
The font has a service panel at the aerators. It can be accessed by removing the small screw at the front.
With that screw removed, pull the panel down at the front until the pins are cleared. You can now fully remove the panel. Note that internal tubing is set into manifolds which are friction fit into the aerators. You can pull these free.
Push aside the internal tubing.
Depending on the model of font being serviced, the PCB may or may not be accessible. If better access is needed, pull on all tubing as a bundle until there is room to access the PCB. If you must, you can fully remove the tubes from the font. Keep these tubes bundled together, as they need to be positioned in the same order when returning them. Remember to remove the fittings on the other end of the font first!
Remove the PCB.
The PCB is secured to the body of the font by a bracket. Two small screws hold both in place.
Remove the screws and the PCB will come loose. Pull it out, exposing enough of the cable to remove the heat shrink connecting the cable to the PCB. You can set the bracket aside.
You will need to remove the ziptie holding the PCB to the cable. Cut from the side away from the wires to avoid damaging them.
Remove the old PCB and install the new one.
The bracket can be pried off the original PCB and reused.
Be sure the MOLEX connection is firm, and re-use the heat shrink if possible, supplementing with a zip tie and electrical tape.
Secure the PCB into the font via the two screws.
Reinsert the tubing bundle.
Insert these tubes into the service panel and feed them through the font body. With some slack remaining, position the tubes and their manifolds into the aerators on the service panel. Ensure all three silicone parts are fully seated into the metal plate.
With a combination of pushing and pulling on either side of the tubing bundle, carefully return the service panel into place. Be sure that no tubing has come loose from the manifolds. Once in place, secure the service panel and return the font to operation.
When replacing the buttons, ensure they are flush as on the left, as opposed to the right button which needs to be rotated 90 degrees and reinserted.
