MIX PCB (1600387) Replacement

The following instructions cover removal and replacement of the Mix PCB (220v - 1600387 / 110v - 1600391)

ISOLATE THE UNIT FROM MAINS POWER BEFORE PROCEEDING.

Step one: Remove the top service panel by removing the one (1) screw and lifting the panel out of the chassis.

Step two: remove the two (2) access screws securing the upper fascia to the chassis.

Step three: Lift and tilt the fascia partially out of the chassis. Take note of the position of the cables connected to the PCB

Unplug these cables and remove the fascia from the unit.

Step four: remove the four (4) screws mounting the PCB to the upper fascia.

Step five: remove the old PCB and place the new on in its position.

Step six: secure the new PCB to the fascia and re-install it into the chassis in the reverse of steps 4, 3, 2, and 1.

Return the unit to power and verify proper operation. If good, return the unit to service.
